1. No Returns on Adult Products (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the intimate nature of adult products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. This helps maintain hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers.
2. Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged / Defective Products)
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product received is defective or not working
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
If any of the above issues occur, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be unused
- All original packaging must be intact
- You must share the unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue
- Submit your complaint within 48 hours of delivery
Without proper proof, returns cannot be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- The order was cancelled before shipping
- The return request (due to damage/defect) is approved after inspection
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Note: COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
